Raisin Nut Baked Apples

Ingredients
| 6 | medium Golden Delicious apples | ||

| 6 | tablespoons | chopped walnuts | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | honey | |
|
|
|||
| 6 | tablespoons | raisins | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | cinnamon | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Core apples; place in a greased 11x7 microwave safe dish. Fill the center of each apple with walnuts and raisins. Drizzle with honey; sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6 minutes or until apples are tender.
