Pineapple Daiquiri Sundae

Ingredients
| 1 | fresh pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into chunks | ||

| 1/2 | cup | dark rum | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | tablespoons | lime juice | |
|
|
|||
| zest of 2 limes, cut into strands | |||
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | cornstarch | |
|
|
|||
| vanilla ice cream | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
