Marinated Cucumbers
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
| 1/4 | cup | white vinegar | |

| 2 | Tablespoons | granulated sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | celery seeds | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | sea salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | white pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | large cucumber, very thinly sliced | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | small sweet onion, very thinly sliced and separated | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper in a 1- quart container with cover.
Gently stir in cucumber and onion. Cover and chill for 2 hours to 5 days.
