Saffron Rice Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 2 | tablespoons | white vinegar | |

| 1 | teaspoon | olive oil | |

| 3 | drops, hot pepper sauce | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic, minced | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 2-1/2 | cups | cooked rice | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | red bell pepper, diced | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | green bell pepper, diced | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | green onions, sliced | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | black olives, sliced | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine vinegar, oil, pepper sauce, garlic and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Add rice, peppers, onions and olives; toss lightly.
